Return and Exchange Policy
First: Replacement policy:
Products from Three Store are replaced in the following cases:
1 - In the event of damage to the product, it will be replaced (provided that the product is available in stock) without paying any additional shipping costs, and the Three Store bears all shipping costs for the product.
2 - If the customer receives a product that does not match the purchase order, it will be replaced (provided that the product is available in stock) without paying any additional shipping costs, and the Three Store bears all shipping costs for the product.
Second: Return Policy:
Products are returned to Three Store in the following cases:
1 - In the event of damage to the product, it will be returned without paying any additional shipping costs, and the Three Store will bear all shipping costs for the product.
2 - If the customer receives a product that does not match the purchase order, it will be returned without paying any additional shipping costs, and the Three Store will bear all shipping costs for the product.
General terms:
# Products sold cannot be replaced or returned in the following cases:
1- Open the package or any evidence of product use.
2- If the product has a “transparent case” or “screen protector”
3- Return the product in a package other than its original packaging.
4- Return the product without the attached invoice.
# Products are accepted according to the exchange and return policy within a maximum period of two days from the date the product reaches the customer.
# In the event of replacing or returning the sold products and it becomes clear to us that there is (damage) to the product or that the product (does not match the purchase order), the Three Store shall bear all additional shipping costs for the product.
# In the event of replacing or returning the products sold in accordance with the replacement and return policy and it becomes clear to us that there is no damage to the product, the (customer) shall bear all additional shipping costs for the product.
