13. Interfere with or disrupt any services or equipment with the intent to cause an excessive or disproportionate load on the infrastructure of Three, its licensors or its suppliers.

14. Involves the preparation or distribution of junk mail, spam, chain letters , pyramid schemes, or other unsolicited or mass commercial email or otherwise violates the Anti-Pornography and Unauthorized Marketing Act (CANSPAM Act 2003) or its equivalent, applicable, foreign law.

15. Use any robot, web, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve or index the Three Platform's "data store" or in any way reproduce or circumvent the Three Platform's navigational structure or presentation, content, authentication and security measures.

16. Forge headers or identities or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any transmission.

17. Implement any form of network monitoring or operate a network analyzer, packet sniffer or other technology to intercept, decipher, extract or display any packets used to communicate between Three’s servers and the Platform or any data not intended for you, image. Harvest or collect information about any visitors or members of the Three Platform without their express consent; and/or

18. Contains any reference to or resemblance to any identified third parties, unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals and their parents/legal guardians if they are under the age of majority under the law of the country.
